What is the delivery time?
We strive to send all orders within 1-3 business days, but most often we are shipping orders the same day as they are placed.
Delivery time depends on the shipping destination.
Denmark:
1-3 business days.
Europe:
2-7 business days.
World:
3-8 business days.

Can I make changes to an order?
Yes, you can change your order or add items, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Email us at hello@emilemil.dk with your order number and the changes you want.
How do I cancel an order?
Cancellation of orders must be done in writing to hello@emilemil.dk with no exceptions. Remember to include your order number. Please be aware that it is only possible to cancel your order, if we have not processed it yet.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders placed on our website are shipped from our office in Denmark. If an item is shipped from another location you will be notified.
How do I make a return
You can return item(s) and cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. Send an email to hello@emilemil.dk with your order number and information about the item(s) you wish to return.

All products must be returned in the same condition as when they were received. Used items, damaged goods, broken product packaging including stickers, or products that show signs of wear will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all goods are returned in their original condition.

Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We need 1 to 2 days to pack your order, and it typically takes 1 to 4 days to arrive.
An item was damaged in shipment.
Please email us at hello@emilemil.dk with your order number from the order confirmation and a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
